  9. I want to stay in res next year, but my parents dont want me to, they dont understand why. I mean, in one way they make a good case, because my school is literally 15 minutes away from my house, but, i really want to do it. This is a once in a lifetime experience, I mean, its not like I can go back in 15 years and say ah Im going to go live on res. No, this is a one time thing, something I cant come back to years down the road. I want to be out of my house. I want to meet new people, have new experiences away from my parents. I want to lead my own life, and actually have to be responsible. Staying at home, I feel like I have my parents as a crutch and I dont necessarily have to be as responsible as I know I can, and should be. I dont want to miss this experience.
